With many years of management experience in working across the globe Clients, 360 DID prefers to work with most acceptable engagement models with its clients, which has its own advantage:

WORK Dedicated Development Model.

Dedicated development model is ideal for Client, who has a need of regular development through enhancements, Up gradation, feature additions and minor updates, and needs continuous development for its products and services being offered to their customers. This model would have a dedicated set of developers to work as per the client’s requirements on continuous basis. This dedicated team can be housed in customer premise or 360 DID premise as per the project/client requirement and would work as an extended client’s team. Irrespective of the location, this dedicated team would work under the guidance of project manager and report to client on a regular basis. With this model, if required by client, 360 DID can also provide dedicated space in 360 DID office with required security of access to the employees associated with project to ensure data privacy and security.

WORKFixed Price Engagement.

Fixed price engagement model is most preferred, if Client has a clearly defined scope of work. Our experienced team would work with Client to understand the detail requirement of the project, which would be analyzed by our expert to define the fixed time frame and scope of work document. This will act as a base line of the project with clearly mentioned milestones of project, deliverables and time frame to achieve individual milestones. 360 DID takes the entire ownership of project life cycle in this engagement model and deliver project as a turnkey project. 360 DID takes the responsibility includes; HLDD (High Level design Document), LLDD (Low level design document), Architecture Design, Development, Testing, final project deployment with Project Management.

Time & Material Engagement.

Time & Material engagement model best works in 2 environments:

A) - When Client has a requirement which is not freeze and there is a scope of change/modification in the requirement. This model helps client to start working on the project and keep modifying as per their market statistics changes, own requirement upgrades, phase wise development is planned, new features introduction or requirements are increased while working on the project etc.

B) - When Client is looking forward to manage their pick load of work through additional head count for a defined period of time. We support our Client to manage these pick load of resources to deliver their projects on time without being worried of resources and focus on the project delivery.
